Incident Management

SafeScene goes far beyond the ability to provide basic accountability by detecting the presence of personnel and apparatus.  SafeScene enables incident command to assign personnel to user-definable crews or sectors and, ultimately, through such activities as rehab and into "Off Scene" status as the incident progresses.

Drop down menus enable the selection of the proper activities, each of which can have its own individual PAR timer.  Drop down selections, appearance, the association with PAR timers and PAR timer duration, as well as other variable elements are user-definable, making SafeScene easily adaptable to various standard operating procedures.

Each assignment, PAR timer start and stop and other actions are recorded by SafeScene's logging function and documented, with time stamps, in the suite of reports that are automatically generated at the end of the incident.

 

Personnel Information

SafeScene also provides information on important personnel information, including name, department, rank, credentials, certifications and notes.  This provides incident command with critical information for use in personnel assignment.  This information is readily accessible by double clicking on the personnel name.
